Before joining us as our Operations Lead, Reese grew up dreaming of someday working on a ranch, but didn't think it would be possible in this area of the country. She gained expertise and experience while working on several local farms and construction sites, as well as several classes in animal science, which prepared her to fulfill her lifelong dream and join us at the ranch. Her passion for the job and The 808 Ranch's unique mission has helped her excel as she maintains our equipment, works cattle, and keeps all of our operations running smoothly. Besides her passion for the ranch, Reese enjoys hunting, fishing, and hanging out with her friends and family.
