Haddie Holden

Land Stewardship & Rising Gen Lead

Growing up, Hadassah wanted to be wherever the horses were. Surrounded by friends with farms, she learned from them about what it takes to care for a ranch. Since high school, Hadassah has worked with the Steiger and Jandak families, as well as working as a part-time tech at a physical therapy clinic in Bentonville. In 2024, she moved into a full-time position at the Elk location of the 808 Ranch as the Land Stewardship and Rising Gen Lead. Hadassah has had a dream to own her own farm since childhood, and working at the 808 Ranch has helped her learn the ins and outs of what it takes to run a ranch. Not only has working at the ranch helped her realize what it will take to run her own ranch, but it has also given her lifelong memories with her ranch family. In her free time, you can often find Hadassah visiting friends and attending church events, going on walks, and building on her love of music, playing the guitar, and singing.
